I search for ReAction website, but I did'nt find it, is reaction active?
Where is the official page?
Why do you expect there to be a website?
ClassAct was essentially just a set of 3rd party BOOPSI classes extending the existing BOOPSI (Basic Object Oriented Programming System for Intuition) system introduced in AmigaOS 3.0 and introducing some new concepts like the layout.gadget class which makes creating fontsensitive GUIs easier.
ClassAct was later integrated into the OS (AmigaOS 3.5) and renamed to ReAction. As ReAction is now developed as a part of the OS there is also no reason to have an own website especially as it's just an extension of regular BOOPSI.
I've never done this myself, but a quit search of the SDK's autodocs (using the free SDK Browser) for "alpha" inside Intuition.doc suggests that WA_Opaqueness or WA_AlphaClips used with OpenWindow() might do what you want.
